Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Zezebella is not responsible for carrier delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping-related issues.
